Hi, I'm Rob Jackson, a postdoc.
I received my PhD in Biotechnology at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada where I studied cancer-causing human papillomaviruses (HPVs).
Currently, I'm a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Postdoctoral Fellow working with Dr. Koenraad Van Doorslaer at the School of Animal & Comparative Biomedical Sciences and BIO5 Institute.
My basic science research incorporates three-dimensional human tissue culturing, high-throughput sequencing, and bioinformatics to better understand the interactions between host differentiation and HPV’s life cycle.
